“Easy peasy!”

Had occasion to book various trains using their website and found it easy and reasonable. No real need to book a train pass as the tickets are the same price. Also you can use your phone with your booking number rather than printing out a ticket.
Trains are clean and on time. One thing we had a bit of difficulty with, at the stations, was that you are not always sure where the trains are going but they do give a train number. We also found that they did not display the platform number until almost the last moment which meant you had to run around like crazy to get to the right one. Plenty of shops at the railway stations we used but on some trains there is a buffet car but others we used had a man come around the train selling stuff. (not sure if he is employed or not) I did not see anyone buy anything from
him.
