“Worst optician ever”

Tesco needs to employ better professionals as opticians then what they have in Toton tesco extra now. I took my 5 yr old son on saturday but he was referred to sunday for not cooperating but actually i think she was not sure what she was doing. I doubt her ability as she cudnt prescribed correct lenses. On Sunday i took my son again as he was recommended to use eye drop before test. My so. manage to get one drop on one eye and he was scared of another drop as expected from child of 5 year. But this optician was saying he isnt cooperating thus he didnt want to check and recommended to hospital. What th HELL does he expect from 5 yr boy to sit down calmly and allow to have eye drop enjoyingly. This is big let down from tesco to employ such people ruining TESCO reputation. I will take my son to BOOTS next time until this kind of issues gets rectified. OPTICIANS with NO COMMON SENSE in TOTON.
