“Terrible customer service ”

Not even worth one star! Bought a £700 wardrobe, after waiting the standard 12 weeks for delivery we came to build it up only to find they hadn't delivered the most important box, the fittings! Rang the store we purchased it from got told the fittings would be delivered the next day, also that we would get a 10% refund, 4 days later and no fittings! They finally arrived nearly a week later, started building it up to find the plinths were the wrong colour!! Rang back, got told it would be another 12 weeks before we would receive these, asked about the 10% refund to get told that they do not do this and the member of staff that told us this shouldn't have! Instead they offered us a £40 store card, nearly 16 weeks later and we're still waiting for this. The wardrobe is actually really nice (once we finally had everything we needed for it) but is very poor quality, the handles have now fallen off! Terrible customer service and not a brilliant product! Would not recommend purchasing from them and we certainly won't be in the future! The Barrow-in-Furness store where we purchased this item were less than helping with dealing with this.
