“No food cart, rude staff, not helpful, packed full”

Today the 11th of October I got a train (cross country) from Redruth to Sheffield (I was on my way home after been to Redruth for an holiday with my partner, we first got on the train and someone was sat in our seat I explain that we had booked these seats and they said 'well someone said we can sit here' we eventually got to sit there, I am pregnant and I was very hungry they was no cart all the way to Plymouth and when they was a good cart we had to go and get the food because it was so packed, I went to go and get my food and I couldn't get through were the doors was to even get my food o was getting knocked about and like I said I am pregnant so for the 6 hour 45 mins I was on the train I have not been able to have a thing to eat, I have been knocked about and not been able to use the toilet everytime I have gone to get up for the toilet they had been someone In it or a que, not happy at all and I will be going further with it.
