Saw a great price through a comparison site so clicked the link, checked the details and paid. A message came up to say they would phone to confirm some details and that payment would not be taken until after that. During a 20 minute call they rechecked everything then said we had made some changes (no we hadn't!) and tried to increase the price by 20%. We said we wouldn't go ahead and were then told they HAD taken the money and would refund it in 5 working days. Liars!
