“Great support”

I found this website on the internet, and at the time with only a debit card I thought it was the best choice.

I used them for both Scotland and Italy, booked while I was outside the UK.

The staff were really supportive and answered many questions and laid to rest any doubts.

Note to all though; For Scotland I made a mistake of ordering a new debit card and cutting up my old one. The rental desk had to cancel the booking and re-book as I didn't have the old card I booked it with. Indigo reassured me this would not happen once in Italy.

In Italy, I did secure a credit card before arriving, so the process was easier. But, before I had a one Indigo assured me was needed with a debit card and took all my details with me just in case.

So, to cut a long story short. Thanks Indigo. You made a complicated process (for me) easier, and at a reasonable price too. I will use your services again in the future.
