“Made it Easy”

We have used this company for three years now for two of our offices and it has been the easiest hassle free way of renewing your electricity contract. Mostly done via email and on line. All of the renewal documents are digitally signed so takes out the need of printing. A benefit if you are concerned about the environment. Once all of the electronic paperwork dealt with, the next thing we got was a letter in the post from our new supplier to confirm our new contract. Job done. They will try to tell you about other products that they have but once I had said that we were no interested, they understood and accepted our decision without the usual preamble about are you sure! I have spoken to different advisers each time but again each one seemed knowledgeable and very sure of their subject which in turn gives you confidence. We are constantly bombarded with "cold calls" regarding electricity renewal and we always tell them that we deal with Make it Cheaper.
