“Rent in August 2015”

Despite a number of very poor reviews we noticed on Internet, I found the rental very satisfactory: The car was the one we reserved, almost new, clean and in very good condition, and with more features than I expected. The exit paperwork/admin. was satisfactory, without queue or delay, the staff helpful, and the return process and drive back to Birmingham Airport likewise good.

This is nor a stylish operation, the office is modest, but we found that quite O.K. considering the good value of the whole deal.

The only drawback was the unexpected distance from the airport entrance, and we had to take a taxi to get there from Arrivals, but that was almost certainly due to lack of service on my mobile 'phone, rather than the lack of attention from Easirent office, as I noticed when actually in their office.

Overall, very recommendable,
