I have flown long haul several times, and after booking with Finnair as the cheapest of my options I was worried as to what to expect, particularly having read some reviews. However I found Finnair to be fantastic. They were on time for all 4 legs of my journey; the bags were transferred despite only having short stopover times in Helsinki. The staff were friendly, the plane was comfortable, and for a plane, the food was good. Im sure that some people will have had bad experiences; you'll find that with every company, so in order to try and even out the numbers a bit, Id like to recommend them to anyone.
