“YOUR HOTEL WAS CANCELLED”

RECENTLY BACK FROM 3 NIGHTS IN MEMPHIS 3 NIGHTS IN NEW ORLEANS AND A CRUISE.
EVERYTHING WAS FAB EXCEPT THAT THE HOTEL IN NEW ORLEANS HAD CANCELLED OUR STAY.
CONTACTED
ADORE CRUISES THEY TOOK CARE OF IT STRAIGHT AWY AND THE HOTEL UPGRADED OUR ROOM TO A SUITE.

WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND THEM--PROBLEMS SOMETIMES OCCUR ON HOLIDAYS--IT WAS GREAT THEY RESPONDED STRAIGHT AWAY.
THEY ALSO PRINTED OFF ALL THE DOCUMENTS FOR ME FOR THE HOLIDAY WHICH HELPED
