“Poor delivery and customer service”

I wouldnt use or recommend this company to anyone, they have not only charged us for next day delivery, they didnt even bother to email, contact us to inform us the delivery was going to be delayed! i've just taken 3 days off waiting for a delivery and still havent received anything...their website is misleading too, they have a fantastic rating on display however this is absolutely fictitious and doesnt fit with reality. Try and call them and you'll be on hold for over an hour and still not get through...shocking service and i certainly wont be using you again
