“Useless”

Booked with them several times in the past and been ok.
Last few times have gone from average to downright untrusting.
They cancelled one hotel 10 days before arrival, but on that occasion we had enough time to book with Lastminute. the next one in August this year they cancelled one of 2 appartments booked, 11hrs before.
Just booked for a friend as he wanted a cheap holiday. Tried to add another person to the accomodation. Phone them and was told that you have to email.Emailed and no reply after 2 days. Email again and no one replies.
In future you will be better off paying a few quid more and go with somebody else
Would touch them with a Sxxxx stick in future
