We've had our boiler less then 2 years, and recently it's needed resetting a lot. Then today it's finally broken. We called up and have been told it'll be 5 days till they'll send someone.
If the quality is this bad they should have an emergency call out number. The member of staff I spoke to was so rude and unhelpful.
Honestly I can't believe how appalling the product and customer service is. It would be different if they could fix it tomorrow but Monday is absolutely not acceptable.
If you're thinking about a boiler don't go with Worcester Bosch!!!
