VERY POOR SERVICE AND STILL NOT ARRIVED

I've sat in all day and lost a days work . No parcel delivered and I've just been on an auto system that is states that dx was still out for delivery.
Tried to track again at 8pm and told Awaiting first delivery, what a joke not even tried first let alone second delivery. Maybe they should taught by interlink as they text you a time and deliver on time. 
DX YOU SHOULD GO BACK TO DELIVERY AND SERVICE SCHOOL.
