A well written course with clear instructions and language. It was both easy to use and navigate with a variety of methods to learn from, be they audio, visual or kinetic which can help those of different learning styles.

The site is easier to read for people with learning difficulties, such as dyslexia, than expected and allows you to update your information and view your progress without fussy navigation. Once complete it is fast to send you your certificate as well as a confirmation e-mail both of which are helpful to those with busy schedules.

Overall I would recommend this course to those wishing to carry out their level 2 food and safety course online.
