I ordered six seat pads and 2 metres of matching fabric from Terrys Fabrics. My order was delivered while I was out and I returned home to find that only the fabric had been delivered. As this was after 5.30 p.m. I emailed with details of what was missing.
Before 9 a.m. the following day I had a response from customer service with a couple of queries, these were answered and within minutes I had a response apologizing and admitting that the seat pads had been left off the order and they would be with me within 24 hours.
This high level of customer service is very gratifying and I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
