“ Avoid at all costs”

I bought a used car with "5 star" warranty from WMS group. The maximum pay-out on the warranty contract was £750. It turned out that the a/c was broken and the absolute lowest quote that any garage would give me without original parts was £850. I was willing to pay the difference. However, when the garage called WMS, they said that, according to their "book", the maximum pay-out is £430 for a/c. At the same time, there was no garage that would do the job for that price. Avoid at all cost!
