“Kanken Classic”

The Kanken bag itself is awesome (something I assume we'd all know by now).

One thing I like about the Kanken is that the designs are classic. It's been five years since I bought my first Kanken, but the designs are still the same as what they're selling right now (except the different sizes from different ranges). This is a merit as you'll never have to worry about your bag running out of style (one less thing to worry about). Also, they seemed to have added more colours for versatility throughout the years, which was what attracted me to buying my second Kanken.

The material might appear to be crinkly and first due to the bag being compressed for postage, but after one use it seems to smooth out just fine. The zip line is strong but smooth so it's easier to zip, and you can pull the zipper to the very end so it actually opens up the whole bag for easier access to organize your things inside your Kanken. Also, I bought the Kanken classic instead of the Kanken Laptop but it came with a layer of sponge and pocket inside the bag that can actually fit in my iPad.

One thing you should take note of before buying your Kanken and while choosing your colours is that a light-toned Kanken might get stained very easily. The back of my peach pink Kanken is now slightly stained from the black shirt I was sweating in. Also, the bottom corners of my Kanken is also quite dirty now as I'm quite careless with my bag.

One more thing worth mentioning is that their sales support team is awesome and friendly. I noticed something missing from my address in the order confirmation e-mail that they sent me so I e-mailed them, and they actually replied me to clarify my doubts instead of giving me a computer-generated response. Also, I e-mailed them after receiving my Kankens to ask them for advises on removing the stain, and they were friendly enough to reply me instead of ignoring me. I would like to add that their response were speedy.

The delivery time was actually within the range stated there, which is 7-10 working days for "rest of the world" (I'm from Malaysia)

Overall a very good buy, for its style, quality and also functions.
