“Missing Returns & Delayed Refunds. ”

I have been ordering online for a while now and usually order for choice, ie number of items in different sizes or colours.
Often got the wrong colour and brand, They would charge me then told unable to fulfill.
I always return via the courier an get a proof of return.
I would often have to chase up a return as they would credit a few items and not others even though they were in the same parcel and definately on their warehouse premises. They would do the refunds manually when I complained and take the returns number.
Last week they took the number but did not do the refund and started a so called investigaton and are refusing to refund my goods lost in their custody.
I have been promised numerous manager callbacks but no one has bothered.
I have worked up a large phone bill and they just don't care or have the common courtesy to respond to my calls.
Apalling disgusting trader is Debenhams online.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR MONEY.
