“DISGUSTING - BEWARE!”

I placed my order the end of August 2015 - I was told it had been dispatched yet after waiting 2 weeks id received nothing? This company has no proof of postage or tracking available! Only when I complained did they tell me it had infact 'never' been dispatched as it wasnt even in stock! I was given no timeline for when I could expect the item I was simply left to sit and wait and after 4 complaints to the company (whom you CANNOT contact via telephone and they do not always respond to emails!) I have now demanded a refund, its been nearly 10 days now and I havent received anything! Im very very wary and I am not prepared to wait much longer before I take tackle this legally. I have no item and no refund yet they took my money instantly! BEWARE
