Everything leading up to the holiday in terms of dealing with Fleetway was great. The hotel was lovely and reception staff very friendly and helpful. Much of the time the bar staff were under pressure because of being under staffed, but inspite of that nearly all of them were great as were the waiting staff in the restaurant. It was a shame that the food was very much below average - even the a la carte, the one night we went for it - which meant we ate out most nights. It would have been helpful to know how far from the centre of Algeciras the hotel was However, we did have a most enjoyable holiday & would recommend the hotel but not the eating experience and would certainly recommend Fleetway
