“Disspointment - will not reccommend”

This was the first time I purchased a ticket to a concert (Muse in Prague 2016) via Worldticketshop and I am absolutely dissapointed. They could not provide the ticket I bought so they tried to make me accept a cheaper option saying it is an upgrade. After exchanging several emails about why I do not want this "upgrade" they finally accepted to return my money back. I have been told twice the money would be sent by now and I still do not have it. I have been emailing with 3 different people now and the third told me the money will be returned in 1-2 weeks without any advance notice about their financial dpt changing their mind and sending it later. I have not been contacted, I´ve always had to contact them. I consider their approach highly unprofessional and evethough this might be an unfortunate exception among their good work, this is my last purchase made by Worldticketshop and based on my very first experience I will not reccommend their services to anyone.
