I had a box of baby stuff coming from my mother. It had a specific delivery date according to the tracking number. The apartments I live in have very thick doors and other neighbors have said he barely taps on the doors, so needless to say when I'm working in my office with the baby. I cannot hear him knock on the door. He supposedly made three delivery attempts, and I was here for two of them and never heard him. My mom was upset as she paid $35 for the shipping and I could not drive to the local pick up station which is a significant ways away from me and my address on my drivers license is not correct since I just moved. They said they would reschedule the delivery for Monday and he always shows up between 11 and 12. He came by on Saturday. So I was not home. He then comes by on Monday at 10:30. The customer service staff is not helpful and the driver is spiteful.
