I went in to get an upgrade on my phone since my 2 year contract was way overdue. I was recommended a Samsung S5 and the reason I got this was because the staff who was serving me said it was for £15 per month since I'm a student. The description also said 'no payment upfront.' I read the contract and price and everything seemed to be fine. Then my bank statement came and O2 charged me twice £15.00 which was what was agreed on then £15.09 which confused me. Turns out that was the payment for the phone which the guy who was serving me didn't mention. On top of that Samsung S5 is a terrible phone and they're charging me more than it's worth after my contract is up. My iphone was only £20 per month.
So overall not please with the service, terrible phone connection and the touch screen is awful too.
