Insurance supposed to take the financial pain away from sad occasions 4 weeks on and after a £600 bill , that I have paid directly to the Vets , Direct Line still haven't paid , I have cancelled car insurance , home insurance and breakdown insurance in the past because of the poor service , so this policy will be cancelled soon and be placed with a professional company
