“Deceitful wording when presenting the credit packages”

The credit packages say, "11 credits ... up to 11 images." Then I try to purchase the smallest of the small size, 72 dpi, not print quality image and it costs 11 credits. So I paid $14.99 for a single, low resolution image. Nice. Will not be back. Then I believe the only option available to purchase that smallest "package" (which only buys less than 1 image) was to AUTO-subscribe to a MONTHLY package. Not human-friendly. Humans do not like being locked into long term, auto-renewal contracts. Please become more human friendly. I wish I knew that $14.99 was the true cost of a SAMLL image before buying. I wish I knew I would have to find a creative way to BLOCK and cancel the AUTO-subscription to get just one image.
