“Excellent customer service”

I ordered a pen set and it arrived within a couple of days, well packaged. One pen was the wrong colour so I rang up and they sent a replacement immediately. Couldn't fault the service and would definitely order from them again. The pens themselves are fantastic and, although expensive, were better value from Studio Arts than from Amazon.

The only thing that could be improved would be to have an automated email acknowledgement of the order as evidence that it had been placed.
