“Impossible to contact”

I had a problem with goods left in my car at Europcar Santander Airport.
I am trying to arrange collection but the phone line is either engaged or
rings with no answer.
My courier company requires an e-mail address but it is impossible to find one
for their branch in the airport.
Their customer service dept in Spain does not speak English.
Customer service in the UK did not respond to my e-mail.
I resorted to sending an Air Mail Letter requesting they contact me by e-mail
so that I can recover my goods. This has been ignored.
Do not use this company.
