Hays travel ruined our holiday we went to Hawaii which cost us a lot but we wanted a dream holiday long story short they booked the wrong hotel on the wrong island and we thought they were experienced lies intact not only did they do this they blamed it on us and made up a bunch of lies hundreds more people have said this to us so how are they getting away with it DONT use them please because if u do u will regret it and you will have been taken in like the rest of us it's not fair and something needs to be done!
