Bought a dishwasher from Currys and took out a policy with them to cover parts and repairs. Long story short - a total waste of money. I reported the fault a fortnight ago and five failed visits later, I'm currently waiting a further nine days for an engineer to call. Apparently it is not possible for them to schedule their engineers in a pattern which will allow them to call at the time agreed.
I was sold the policy on the understanding that if they can't repair it they'd replace it. This is not the case. They can't repai it because they can't get anyone here to look at it and they won't replace it - I've requested and there refused.
Currys have provided the worst customer service I have ever encountered and it's nowhere near being sorted yet. Don't waste your money.
