i particularly like you dont get cold callers on the phone when you have your landline with them. didnt particularly like when i went back to them after moving saying i was disabled they said they would sens someone regularly to read meter they never did and when i rang them regarding disability costs they said i had to have job seekers allowance. not everyone is entitled to that so never got it but since rang back after 3 years might be entitled now. so be aware if disabled.
