We were very impressed with being kept informed of when delivery , fitters were coming . Making sure we were still happy with the dates etc and even the fitter contacted us the evening before to confirm etc. Never had to chase for anything needed. Only small thing disliked was that we had to 'push' to get a good discount when the initial visit happened..would rather just be told the best price..even now we think we could have got the price down more..:( ref B65033
