When I first got my debit card I asked a assistant at there Maghull branch how to use it, she looked at my card and then oh Mr ##### I think your due to buy some more Isas , I didn't have any, it was alarming to me she sounded like a confidence trickster to me, now 3 years later when I asked the same lady to withdraw £500 she replied , you can get this ammount from the cash machine outside, when I said I feel more comfortable at my age to get my money from the counter.
When I complained to the manager he said they are trying to get more customers to use the cash machine
as far as I'm concerned the service has never been a good experience to me
