Ordered quite a lot of stuff on-line (£200 worth), which took extra time as the website is quite glitchy and kept rebooting. Then the order was cancelled with no explanation why. When I called up customer services I answered all the questions and was advised that the warehouse had cancelled my order but they didn't know why. I hadn't ordered a lot of one thing, and there wasn't an issue with my payment, the best she could offer was that something must not have been in stock - which item she couldn't tell... great, that's an hour of my time wasted putting together an order and they can't tell me whats not in stock?!
Instead of wasting my time and trying again I shall be going to amazon.
