I was hearing a scraping sound from my vehicle so I took it to ATS Herefordshire Where my car remained for 24 hours. Was told it needed brake pads. Ime not disputing that fact. However when I got it home well guess what the noise was still their "original problem" I asked them to fix. Then I took car back and told me to wait days to have it looked at. So I had another garage to Look at it. only to be told the wheel bearing is totally shot. We could not understand how ATS missed this as was the actual wheel they changed brake pads and is very loose. So now this job is costing me twice as much as it should of. Very disappointed. Will never use again.
