“Good product, appalling customer service”

This company does not believe in customer communication. They don't believe in normal business practice and don't bother with emails to confirm receipt of your order, despatch of your order or expected delivery date. Any queries are steadfastly ignored. I am a returning customer and an order placed 12 months ago was dealt with as one would expect, hence my placing another order. It seems my loyalty was misplaced. I have been charged twice for my order and am trying to get a refund.
