Plenty of information when looking for hotels. Huge choice of flights so could choose exact time to depart and return to suit you.
Everything was slick and I was informed of any changes quickly. Everything ran smoothly and although you don't have a rep (as not a package holiday) plenty of contact numbers were provided for each part of booking e.g. emergency number for bus transfer.
You were also given a reminder to do on-line check-in - which was handy.
Have used several times before and will certainly use again.
