“A Costly Let Down”

Paid in full for the goods (full bathroom suite) at the beginning of August 2015. The agreed date for receipt of the goods was 29 September 2015 to give me time to prepair the bathroom. Received an email from them on 28 August 2015 saying that the goods had been loaded on to the transport and would be delivered that day. A MONTH early!!! I went into a flat spin as I had no where to store the goods until the bathroom had had the walls and floor sorted. Bathstore then informed me that I had been coaxed by the shipping company they had just got rid of. Today is the 29 September 2015 - my contracted delivery date. They were supposed to deliver between 4:00pm and 7:45pm. It is now 10:50pm and I am in bed. They have not delivered and have failed to meet their contractual obligations. They have still got my money and I am sorry I ever set foot in their showroom. I did not have these problems with Home base when I refitted the end-suite. I would NOT recommend Bathstore
