I had purchased from them before and all OK. But on re-purchasing, found that they charged for something they did not have in stock. Was told this could be up to 3 weeks. Whilst waiting 3 weeks for the item was not a problem for me, being charged for it before they had it in stock was. They refunded me swiftly to their credit. However, I would not buy from them again because of their modus operandi of charging when they do not have it in stock.
