One week before my trip to Australia I had an accident and broke my foot.
I was really upset and saw my trip, my sailing course, my experience, my money going down the drain. To my surprise the Xtreme Gap organisation was really helpful in looking for a solution; Without any extra costs they arranged a new booking for the next course a few weeks later, in November.
I'm happy that without any problems they made it possible to postpone my trip.
