“Windows 10,problem they want £55 to put it right”

Bought a brand new Lenovo all in one,in May this year,no problems,Currys advertise upgrade to windows 10 free etc,so we did,we had problem that the computer keeps switching back on,afterwards so went to Currys Preston to ask for help,they would only help if we bring in the computer and pay £55,there could be thousands of computers getting the same problem,it's a licence to print money,mine is still under warranty ?,we have spent over £2000 with Currys in 12 months this attitude stinks.Thats the last penny I will spend at Preston .
