“Never rent a car here!”

I booked a car with full insurance via the internet but my credit card was not accepted, so I was charged 18 euro extra for cash payment WITH THE SAME card! Arriving at the airport the full insurance was not a full insurance and I had to pay extra (nice sales trick !)
Arriving at the car there were more dents and scratches than were stated on the paper and the full tank was not full. The people at the desk were very unfriendly and I had to force them to write down my findings.
Contacted the customer "service"about the payment issue and the insurance but never got a reply.

If you want to have a great time in Italy please do rent a car elsewhere, this is the first time I have such a bad experience with a terrible company ever in Italy, other companies are reliable and much much more customer orientated.

NEVER RENT A CAR FORM MAGGIORE!!!

If I would have known how the company operates I would never have rented with them!
