I broke down for the second time in a few months last night so called ANR, the lady on the phone was lovely and helpful; although it took a little over two hours for recovery to come i was called on several occasions with updates and them checking that everything was okay for me, all of the staff were very friendly and helpful including the man who brought myself and my car home. Very pleased this time as last time i had a few issues getting the service from them :)
