“Incompetent and deliberately unhelpfull”

I pay for this card up front 69.00 pounds for first year.
The instructions state 69 pounds will be removed from my accout as soon as I load my account with money!

I telephone to query this and what I get is an unhelpful woman being suspicious and doubting what I am saying! She went on to say I had to provide evidence of this.

So I email evidence of this payment to their backoffice email. Their response is they can't help me unless I have been instructed to contact them. I send a reply saying that I was instructed to email them.

1. They failed to simply take my payment and not double charge me
2. Staff were frankly boarder line rude and unhelpful
3. I have not had a sane reply from them yet

Do you really want to trust these people with any of your money.
Just get a savings account, no charge, no fees, same facilities and no bull.
