Advice
Golden Rule -Double check the order made by the designer do not be fobbed off with there is not a printer at the store and be asked to sign the order on the laptop with out seeing a full break down of the items ordered sizes and costs. CHECK THE EMAIL SENT TO YOU HAS A BREAK DOWN OF WHAT IS BEING ORDERED AND HOW MUCH IT COSTS BE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT CUPBOARD SIZES UPSTANDS SPALSH BACKS.
Out of 5 for designer I would give 0 - be so so careful, BE CAREFUL A DISCOUNT is not only something that has been taken of your original order or a smaller item ordered. I would even suggest you record conversations as it can boil down to the designers word against yours.
Customer service and communication 0 - NO REPLIES TO EMAILS OR PHONE CALLS
Project management - 0 only saw him once!!
Quality of goods 5- VERY GOOD REALLY HAPPY WITH THESE
Fitter 5 - EXCELLENT
Stress caused over the 5 months of phoning, emailing and arguing MASSIVE.
I believe our bad experience was done to specific people/areas of buying a Hammond kitchen - when we finally got to the right person it was good but it took a long time to get there.
