i recently booked a flight with ryanair from liverpool to alicante and return , after getting conflicting instruction from the medical team dealing with my illness i was instructed that i could no longer take up the flight ! consequently i went on ryanair website and had web chat with a customer advisor who was very understanding and talked me through how to cancel my flight !this was all done and i received a email saying the funds would be returned within 5 to 7 days ! this was done exactly as the operator said in the email ! at a time when people are very quick to criticise i would like to say a very big thank you to each and everyone for there help at this very difficult time ! you have been a credit to yourselves and ryanair ! keep up the good work !
