“Absolutely delighted!”

I did quite a lot of research looking for a blind that would match my colour scheme that and fit my Victorian bedroom window. Concept blinds showed a good range of colours including the one I wanted. I thought the customer service was good, I was able to speak to someone about what measurements I needed and what allowances I should make for eg sloping sides to the window. I was given accurate information about how long I would have to wait (not long). I have previously bought blinds that had to be cut to fit, but this arrived ready to put up. The colour was exactly as it looked in the picture, and was just what I wanted. My son fitted the blind for me without comment, so it must have been straightforward. The blind was very reasonably priced for the excellent quality, and I'm altogether delighted. When I am sure the window in my other bedroom no longer leaks, I shall order another Concept blind to match that room.
