“Broadband rubbish”

I foolishly went back to Sky after a few years break. The broadband service is non existent! Cannot work from home anymore, my son cannot stream movies! We have to sit next to the broadband box to get a decent service. Would not recommend Sky in West Byfleet, Surrey area. Which is strange as it was good a few years ago! Nothing different in our house to cause the bad service.
