Due to a typing error with the post code the parcel was delivered to the wrong town,although the correct address was on the parcel. I found out the parcel had been uplifted. Where it is now I dont know and I have sent 13 emails to no avail. No one will get back to me to tell me what is going on. I cant get through to any one to get the insurance on the item and have lost out twice as I have had to send the goods again to my irate customer. Why cant someone at least notify me where my parcel is. No telephone number to be able to speak to someone available and I have 13 case numbers given to me two of which says the case is closed!!!!!! Come on ipost I have been using you for a long time now and is this the best you can do to a good customer.
