I booked tickets to America late last night. Searching through travelsupermarket for the best deal, Southhall travel were the cheapest. As soon as i booked them someone from customer service rang me immediately to let me know what would happen next and when i would receive the e-tickets. The following day the e-tickets were there and after reading some of the comments on here i thought i had better check with the airline directly, and they had all our booking details and i could then check my itinary directly through them. Although i am not on the flight yet, so far so good! Hope this puts some peoples minds at rest!
